Join cookbook author and Indian cookery teacher Torie True on Tuesday 12th November at 6pm at Refillable Tetbury for an intimate evening celebrating her new cookbook, Seven Kitchens: A Journey Through India’s Culinary Heritage. Torie, also the author of the acclaimed Chilli & Mint: Indian Home Cooking from a British Kitchen, will explore the fascinating stories and influences behind India’s diverse regional cuisines.
Guests will enjoy live cookery demonstrations, tasting bowls of Torie’s dishes, and a deeper understanding of the cultural richness that has shaped Indian cooking. Signed copies of Seven Kitchens will be available to purchase at the end of the evening.
