Inspired by two decades in Italy and packed with family favourites from the Alps to Amalfi, this is a celebration of real Italian home cooking. Expect rich stories, mouthwatering dishes, and a taste of la dolce vita—Nonna’s lasagne included.
Alison will share stories, demo cooking magic and delight us with incredible tastes.
In this interractive demo you'll have a chance to roll up your sleeves and join the making of Gnocchi with Lemon pesto. Sip a glass of Italian Aperol Spritz and delight the rounding of a good evening with Torta di Caprise.
