Although cashews are lower in Vitamin E and calcium than most nuts, they are a good source of protein, magnesium, potassium, iron, and zinc.
Cashew nuts can be eaten on their own in raw or roasted form. They can also be added to many fruit and vegetable salads to provide nutty taste.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Can be refrigerated or frozen to extend shelf life.
