Product description
Spelt is an ancient grain closely related to Emmer. Spelt is rich in dietary fiber, thiamine, cooper, manganese, niacin and phosphorus, vitamins B2 and 3. White spelt flour produces a wonderful nutty flavoured white bread and can be used as all-purpose white flour for pastries, cakes and sauces. It also makes a hearty addition to stuffings, soups, salads, pilafs and risottos, but rinse spelt well before using.

How to store
Store in a sealed container or tightly wrapped in a cool, dry place. Can be refrigerated or frozen to extend the shelf life. Shelf life up to 4-5 months (kept in a dry pantry) and 6-12 months (in the freezer).
