How to store
Keep in a cool, dry place, preferably at a stable temperature, in a sealed container. Can be refrigerated or frozen to extend the shelf life. Avoid using sealed plastic containers as they prevent the flour form breathing and can cause it to "sweat", which will reduce its quality and life.
Shelf life is about 6 months.
