Golden flaxseeds, aslo known as Lineseeds have a mild, nutty flavour - great for sprinkling on yogurts, cereals and porridge and for topping bread rolls. Mix in with salads or dried fruit and nuts for snacking. They are a very high source of fibre and are rich in calcium.
