After teaming up with the guys as Casa Balguer the brothers set about sourcing small parcels of organic Xarel-lo; the most widely planted Catalan white variety. After harvest and pressing the wine is fermented in steel before a brief aging in oak. Note the bottle littered with Catalan swearwords! This wine is pure sunshine in a glass. To us it is like biting into a ripe nectarine topped with lemon peel and churned butter. This is a great wine to have alongside spicier med dishes.
