The ethically inspired Melea range from high altitude minimal intervention vineyards, very low yields of grapes produce wines of great flavour concentration. Taste notes of pineapple, green grass, white flowers and a flinty touch in aroma. Dry and refreshing on the palate with a long citrus finish. Typically enjoyed young and is a popular choice for pairing with seafood, salads, and light dishes.
 
Grape Variety 
Verdejo Sauvignon Blanc is a blend of two white grape varieties, Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc, both commonly found in Spain. The combination of these two grapes creates a herbaceous  and aromatic white wine with a vibrant flavor profile.
