Made by local legend Christoph Muret on his organic estate in Languedoc. Christoph is all about letting the soils and sun do the talking so he puts as little input in as possible so the fruit can sing. Hand harvesting, gentle pressings, natural fermentation and minimal sulphur use are just some of the techniques used to make this wine sing. Notes of lime zest, baked pears, honey and minerals.
