The Lievito bakers work through the night in their artisan bakery based in a small village in Somerset.
This white sourdough has been hand-shaped and slow proved for a minimum of 18 hours to give it that open crumb and distant flavour of a true sourdough.

Wheat flour (with Calcium, Iron, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B1), Rye flour, Salt, Water, Wheat levain, Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Sesame seeds, Linseeds.
